Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; the previous information duty under Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation no longer applies. Pursuant to § 36 (1) No. 1 VSBG, we inform consumers that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
